We started off the day reorganizing the boat. Then Patti and I spent most of the day setting up her new computer.
It was sunny and 85 degrees. I had the air conditioning on. We did some laundry too.
Around 3 p.m. or so, the guys coaxed us off the computer to head to a local cafe for giant frozen margaritas. Yum.
What a breathtaking view! We saw a mega cruise ship go by.
We came back to our boat and while I set up a few more things on Patti's new PC, she cooked dinner. We tried a new recipe from my one-pan galley cookbook...chicken with Granny Smith apples. We had wild rice and roasted asparagus with it. Dessert was soft-baked chocolate biscotti. Delicious!
